Our products

We sell downloadable website templates: ready-made HTML, CSS and JavaScript files that you edit and publish yourself. Each product page lists what is included and links to a live demo.

All products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically. Templates are front-end files only and do not include hosting, a domain name, payment processing or any back-end system.

Orders

Templates are bought directly through our checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received, and you receive an order confirmation by email.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information when ordering.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD). The total, including any applicable tax, is shown before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.
• Price changes never affect orders already paid.

Delivery

A download link is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, by email and in your account.

Refunds and cancellation

• As digital goods, templates are not refundable for a change of mind.
• If a file is defective, incomplete or not as described, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix it or give a full refund.
• Duplicate charges are refunded in full.

Licence and ownership

• Each purchase gives you a licence to use the template in one end product (your own website or one client project), including commercial use.
• You may change the design, text, images and code as much as you like.
• You may not resell, share or redistribute the template files, on their own or as part of another template or theme.
• Sofitech LLC keeps the copyright in the original template.

Prohibited use

Our templates may not be used for illegal activities, adult content, gambling, counterfeit goods or any use that breaks applicable law. You must not misuse this website or attempt to access it without authorisation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.

Privacy

We only collect the information needed to process and deliver your order. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
