Refund Policy

Templates

Templates are digital files that cannot be returned once downloaded, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We will fix the problem or give you a full refund if, within 7 days of purchase:

• the download link does not work and we cannot send you a working one;
• the files are corrupt or incomplete; or
• the product is materially different from its description on the website.

What is not refundable

Every product page has a live demo and a list of what is included, so please check them before you buy. We do not refund:

• a change of mind after the files have been downloaded;
• features the product page says are not included, such as hosting, a domain name, payment processing or a back-end system; or
• problems caused by changes you made to the files.

If you are unsure whether a template fits your project, email us before buying.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, email us and we will refund the difference in full, whenever you notice it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@sofitechllc.com with your order number, the email used for the order, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We reply within 1 business day and decide on every request within 3 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in US Dollars. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your statement. Access to refunded templates is removed.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law. See also our Terms & Conditions and Delivery Policy.
