What does Sofitech LLC sell?
Downloadable website templates: ready-made HTML, CSS and JavaScript files for online shops, restaurants, studios and small businesses. Everything is digital, and each template has a live demo.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US Dollars (USD). The full total, including any applicable tax, is shown before you pay.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
The available payment options are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by a secure, PCI DSS compliant third-party payment processor over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account to buy?
An account lets you see your orders and download your files again at any time from My Account. Your download link is also emailed to you after purchase.
Delivery
How do I receive my template?
Right after your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you. It also stays available in My Account → Downloads.
I didn’t receive my download link. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn’t there, email hello@sofitechllc.com with your order number and we will resend it within 1 business day.
Do you ship anything physically?
No. Everything is delivered online, so there are no shipping fees or customs charges, and we can serve customers worldwide. See our Delivery Policy.
Templates & licence
What is included with a template?
The full source files — HTML, CSS, JavaScript and assets — plus setup help by email for 30 days after purchase and free bug-fix updates for the version you bought.
Can I use a template for a client or a commercial project?
Yes. Each licence covers one end product — one website for yourself or for one client — including commercial use. For another website, buy another licence.
Can I see a template before I buy it?
Yes. Every product page links to a live demo and lists exactly what is included. Please check both before buying.
Do templates include hosting or a back-end?
No. Templates are front-end files only. Hosting, a domain name, payment processing and any back-end system are not included. Demo features such as carts and forms are visual and need your own back-end to work.
Can I resell or share a template?
No. You can edit it freely for your end product, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the template files themselves. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds & cancellation
Can I get a refund on a template?
Templates are digital downloads, so we don’t refund a change of mind. If the file is defective, incomplete or not as described, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.
What if I was charged twice?
Email us with your order number. Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. See our Refund Policy.
