Delivery Policy

What we deliver

Sofitech LLC sells digital products only: downloadable HTML website templates. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or customs fees.

Templates

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page.
• The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout.
• You can download it again at any time from My Account → Downloads.

What the download contains

• A single zip file with the template's HTML, CSS, JavaScript and image or artwork files.
• The exact contents of each template are listed on its product page.
• Hosting, a domain name and any back-end system are not included; you upload the files to your own host.

Delivery problems

If you have not received your download link within 1 hour of payment, first check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, email hello@sofitechllc.com with your order number and we will resend it within 1 business day.

If we cannot deliver a working product, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund Policy.

Where we deliver

Because delivery is online, we serve customers worldwide, subject to applicable law. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). See also our Terms & Conditions.
